This is very easy and simple recipe. These turn out really crispy and soft, just melt in mouth. You can try this recipe this year and drop a comment for me. Ingredients: • 1/2 cup Peanuts • 1 cup white Sesame seeds • 1/2 cup dry shredded Coconut • 1 cup Gudh / Jaggery • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder • 1/2 tsp Ghee Method: • Heat up a pan on medium heat. • Add peanuts and roast them well. • Transfer the roasted peanuts into a blender jar. • You can peel the peanuts of you want. • Reduce the heat to low and in the same pan add sesame seeds. • Roast sesame seeds on low heat really good until the color changes to golden. • Transfer the sesame seeds into a bowl. • In the same pan add dry coconut and roast it a little. • When the coconut changes the color a little, turn off the gas and transfer it into another bowl. • Add gudh into the blender jar and pulse it a little to make coarse powder. • In the same blender jar add roasted sesame seeds, roasted coconut and pulse it. • Add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and pulse again. • Transfer the mixture into a dish and add ghee. • Mix well and roll ladoos from the mixer. • If the mixture is too dry, transfer it into a pan and heat it a little.
