- Here's What Not To Do During Sex
You might be hearing a thousand pieces of advice regarding what you should be doing during sex. You might also be following or listening to a bevy of sexperts who share with you their marvellous tips on how to invent your own sex rituals. Or we might be telling ourselves that we "know" what to do between the sheets - well, knowing what not to do is also a significant part of sexual wisdom and etiquette. Here are the don'ts you should be aware of:
Talk, but don't be garrulous
We all know how a stimulating conversation can make your passion peak. But don't indulge in small talk or unnecessary details about nothing particular. That can be a put-off and might even kill the mood. Let eloquent spells of silence balance your customary sex talk.
Don't body shame
Under any circumstance, don't hurt your partner by criticising their appearance in any way. Don't comment on body shape or anything related to his appearance in a negative way, even unwittingly.
Don't take calls
Nothing can be more insulting to a partner than reaching out to your smartphone in the middle of it. Taking calls during a passionate moment can prove that your mind and heart are not focusing on being with your partner.
Don't underestimate STD risk
There can always be a clear and present danger. So don't throw caution to the winds and indulge in unsafe sex.
Don't be too passive
A proactive role, on part of both partners, in lovemaking can ensure great sex. So don't stay still - actively seek pleasure. Don't be shy to initiate sex even.
