Pakistan To Approach World Court Against India's Move On Kashmir: Reports
Pakistan said on Tuesday it would take the Kashmir issue to International Court of Justice, weeks after India ended special status to Jammu and Kashmir by a presidential order.
"We have decided to take Kashmir case to the International Court of Justice," a Reuters report quoted Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, who told this to a Pakistan channel.
"The decision was taken after considering all legal aspects."
This comes a month after the two countries faced each other in the world court over former navy officer Kulbhushan Jadhav.
