"Offer To Suspend Farm Laws Still Stands": PM At All-Party Meet

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said that the proposal to stay the controversial farm laws for 18 months - a proposal rejected by farmers who have demanded the unconditional rollback of all three laws - remains on the table.

The Prime Minister said this during an all-party meeting ahead of the presentation of the Union Budget on Monday, stressing that his government remained open for discussion on all issues.
