Schools in Haryana will reopen for the students of Classes 3 to 5 from Wednesday, according to an order issued by the Department of School Education today.
The department issued orders for reopening of government and private primary schools in the state after they were closed for almost a year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
It said the schools in the state can function from 10:00AM to 1:30 PM.
Students who wish to take classes through the online mode, as has been the case over the last 10 months, can continue doing so.
Necessary protocols laid down by the government over COVID-19 will be followed. Schools will have to check the temperature of students before they enter the campus.
Haryana schools reopened for higher classes in December last year while students of Classes 6 to 8 were allowed to attend from February 1 this year.
